We also provide an estimated timeline depending on the project’s scale. Once you’ve signed an agreement, we begin finalizing selections and proceed to the construction phase.
Throughout the project’s duration, you will have consistent communication with a knowledgeable representative dedicated to your project. While our team rigorously adheres to detailed plans, we acknowledge your potential need for changes during the project and will help facilitate all details to ensure compliance.
Upon completion of construction, we conduct a comprehensive final punch list review with you to ensure your satisfaction. All commercial properties come with 1 year of warranty coverage.
